"Thank you lot to Dr Alattrache and staff for taking great intendance of me. Rehab fourth dimension to get everything dorsum to normal and get back on track.

Ngannou, whose UFC contract expires this year, is expected to exist out for the remainder of the twelvemonth.

Ngannou has no fights left on his current UFC deal but is contracted for some other year due to holding a championship.

An extension has not been ruled out but the Cameroonian has also teased a move into boxing.
